We come in, review your marketing, look at all aspects of contact with your customer,  help in defining your target customer, then, based on your budget, we set up a Marketing Plan, Media buying Plan and a Creative Branding Theme. Then, we implement and manage the plan for you. The WOW CAT Deluxe is designed for businesses or organizations that don't have the time or expertise to manage their marketing activity.  For our Full-Service clients, we take your marketing to the next level. We create a plan for you and then implement your marketing efforts through design, creativity and media buying. As we implement the marketing, we begin to educate our clients (that's the training part) on how Marketing works and explain and demonstrate the importance of integrating all their Marketing efforts. 98% of our Full-Service clients are with us for multiple years. After that about five years, we analyze if our WOW CAT Deluxe has provided the knowledge and training that would allow these clients to conduct their own Marketing. If that is the case then we provide reinforcement through monthly consultation services. They will also allow you to formulate questions that you need answers to in each of those areas, so when we meet, the meetings are extremely productive. From our meeting you will have homework, and so will we. Don't worry your homework won't be all that much, things like collecting your previous advertising, providing us with your customer surveys, etc. Our homework is more detailed. After each meeting, with the exception of the one hour CAT, we will provide you of a report summary of the meeting that indicates what we talked about, what actions need to be done and by whom. Our homework is based on your needs, but it could be areas like: Conduct a customer service survey Research media and medium opportunities based on your business Design template ads, newsletters, etc. Research target audience consumer behaviour patterns Prepare discussion exercises for meetings Develop training policies (sales, customer service, dealing with difficult people, etc) Research your competitors Test market ideas/ designs / Brands When the WOW CAT program is completed, you will have reports from each meeting with a final summary report.
