How PayPal works - their security and our guarantee. Please feel comfortable that we are a reliable company and we are using PayPal which offers security for you as well as for us. When you click on "Add to Cart", you will be asked for the number of CD's you want. If you want more than the one type of product, just click the "Keep shopping" icon. Once you have finished shopping - and we thank you - then click the "Check out" icon. Another window will ask you if you already have a PayPal account, if you do enter your password and user name. If you don't have an account,  you will have to set one up by entering your name and address of where you would like the Audio book shipped. The shipping fees are included in the price. You will then be prompted to set up an account with PayPal. The reason for this is that PayPal has an account for you and an account for us - if either are not happy then they will ensure the transaction has been completed properly. Once you have approved the payment from your credit card, you will receive an online receipt as well as an email notification with a Receipt ID #. In a short period of time, we will get notification and where we are to send the Audio Book to. We'll do it right away. We will not use your personal information for anything other than sending you the CD and rest assured that we will NOT provide it to anyone else. If you don't want to set up a PayPal account, call us and we will discuss other payment options, but you can feel secure with PayPal of the credit card number and the bank account that you give them. If you would like to send us cash or cheque, then you may want to give us a phone call (403) 329-0179 first and we can discuss these options. It doesn't work! We check each of the Audio Books before we send them but who knows what happens in the mail. First, let's make sure it is the CD and not your system. On your computer, when you put the CD into your drive, it will ask you to open it using Windows Media Player or Real Player, say yes. If this window does not come up, go to the CD drive that you put the CD into and double click on Track 1. This should start the CD, if it still doesn't then that means you don't have a Music player on your computer and you will have to download one of these off the Internet. When you put this CD into your car CD player, it should automatically launch. If the CD we sent you does not start in your computer and you do have a music player or it does not work in your car CD player, then see our Guarantee below. Guarantee: If your CD does not operate, please contact us by email or phone (403) 329-0179 and state your RECEIPT ID #,  and we will arrange for you to ship it back to us and we'll ship you a new one.
