WOW – Words Of Wisdom:

How could I resist this! There I was with my husband, D’Arcy Kavanagh, cycling along in the Loire Valley in France. We come around a corner and there was this beautiful, large bottle of wine. I had to go kiss it because I love wine.

So, what does that have to do with a sales and marketing blog? Well D’Arcy and I travel to Europe each year to cycle, but we also study consumer behaviour. We bring our European adventures to every coaching, workshop or training session we offer. The visuals are great at helping us with key points of the sessions and work well for retention learning for our participants – they get to feel like side car cyclists while learning sales and marketing tips.

But… back to business. Our blog offers WOW  Words Of Wisdom about business, about sales and marketing and about how what’s happening in the world may have an impact on you. We are currently working on a membership site that will allow us to create video blogs of 3 – 8 minutes on sales and marketing help. Lynda Kavanagh, aka The “WOW” Gal, owns WOW Communications & Training Corp. Since 1994, her company has been providing sales and marketing coaching and training to established businesses and organizations. She specializes in helping people start their own businesses. She is the author of a newly published paperback book called “Sales suck… NOW WHAT?” She has offices in Lethbridge and Calgary, Alberta with clients across North America. She is vice-president of WOW Tours International.

D’Arcy Kavanagh, aka The “WOW” Guy, is vice president of WOW Communications & Training and president at WOW Tours International.  D’Arcy has been a freelance writer for over 40 years, he has been program leader and instructor  for a journalism, advertising, public relations and broadcasting programs at a post-secondary institution.
